Don’t thrust NCTC on unwilling states: Jayalalithaa

Chennai, April 2:Â Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa Monday urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh not to thrust the National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC) on unwilling states.
